1. Yes.
2. Wait and see what actually happens at the property. You might just ask at check in for them to confirm that there's no destination fee with your rate. I have it happen all the time that I book a corp rate with no such fee, but it might still show up somewhere (email or app) with a fee, but then no fee is actually charged. I think most properties are used to certain rates being exempt. YMMV.
