Recently just flew with QR after some time from Europe to Asia, and truthfully I see not only has the crew service being worst to what was pre-pandamic (I did have one off flight end of 2023 but it was a intra Middle East route and that was also bad - even though it's marketed as First).
- crew these days seems more robotic and not as casual professional as previously
- onboard service/amenities seems to have suffered some cuts in quality - e.g no offering of hot/cold towels, running out of sizes for PJ's
- food quality seems to have degraded
- with the introduction of the Biz Lite fare and cut in ground service amenities with the high price - it seems the reason to transit and break your sleep when flying from EU to Asia outweighs the ground benefits and the value

For me, moving forward, I see QR as not the best business class in the industry anymore due to above points but also their plane roulette which one can end up in an old seat and get separated from your travel group.
