Hi everyone,
thank you for your help, it’s not a TA booking that means Travel Agent booking, all my f]bookings are direct with BA.
If POUG means online upgrade, well it’s was a flight only booking made with cash and Avios outward leg is WTP return leg is CW, I’m trying to upgrade the outward leg to CW. It’s LHR>JFK
I wouldn’t be concerned if I checked on the app in MMB and it said there wasn’t an upgrade option available, but my concern is there is no option at all to check for an upgrade
