thank you for your help, it’s not a TA booking that means Travel Agent booking, al, my flights are direct with BA. If POUG means online upgrade, well it’s was a flight only booking made with cash and Avios outward leg is WTP return leg is CW, I’m trying to upgrade the outward leg to CW. It’s LHR>JFK
