Got a random question that I can't seem to find the answer for, but suspect I know the answer! To gain status, one of the options is to fly enough eligible flights. Do BA count every leg as 1 flight, or the full booked route as 1 flight (even if it consists of 2+ flights)

i.e if I fly EDI-LHR that is 1 flight and should show as flew 1 eligible flight. but if I was to book say EDI-BER as a route, flying EDI-LHR and LHR-BER, would they count that as 1 flight (as it's "1 route") or 2 flights (as physically taken 2 flights)

I'm presuming every single flight flown counts as 1 eligble flight, but wanted to check - I'm going to be quite close to Silver by status year end from flights flown, so may have to do an "Eligible flight run" to get to status, and trying to think of the best way to book it, if multi-leg routes are the option.
