Yes, if it's a POUG you are looking for here, then your best change is a straightforward single (one-way) point to point trip, bought on BA.com. Next up is a return, but still point to point. Any complexities such as hotels, connections, non BA channels will prevent the robotics from processing the upgrade automatically, and POUGs are for robotic transactions.
