Hi Guys, I am fairly regularly BA flyer, however my trips usually fall under the category of Holiday due to hotel and car hire so as such I am used to not having the upgrade option available, however the last time I booked flight only a couple of years ago, I had the option to upgrade if available on MMB on the app. However on my current flight only booking there is no option for upgrade at all not even to say upgrade is not available?

any ideas?
