CWS has given all the advice re check in.
Be aware that QR likes you to fly on their flights with boarding passes they have issued, so expect at some point in DOH they will take the BA issued boarding passes for the leg from DOH and give you their own.
And they also don't seem to like the mobile BP that their own app produces. Every time I've flown QR I have done OLCI, got a mobile BP and without fail have had someone at the gate print a BP before letting me go any further.
