I received a standard response to my email from LH HON service saying how good LH's wine experts are and that they regret that nothing is to my taste. Bluntly ignoring that the poor wine experts are given a subpar budget which is the root cause of all that. I will write back and not accept their standard response.

The responses from LH HON CS are just a joke atm, my last one was cut & paste & missed all the issues, forwarded that to my HON PA, they are also getting fed up with the ‘unprofessional & poor responses’ from CS, = more work for the PA…..
