Those are the 3 fireworks days normally. Occasionally there are also fireworks on 1 July to "celebrate" the handing over of HK to CPC control.
It seems to me that fireworks are best watched outdoors and from below. So basically you need to suck it up and be with other people. The HK Island side (Tamar Park etc) tends to be a bit less crowded than TST.
If (as I suspect from your posts here) your condition makes crowds impossible for you then you need to pay and book well in advance. The Regent is probably the best positioned, but high floors at the Rosewood, some rooms at the Grand Hyatt, and many other places (hotels and restaurants/bars) have a reasonable view. There are literally hundreds. Wooloomooloo steak House in Wanchai, to pick just one example at random, has pretty good views.
