Forget it! For any voluntary rebooking the itinerary will be repriced and based on the rates in the new redemption chart, i.e. you will have to pay much more for such awards.
2h10min is adequate and perfect to ensure a smooth transfer at IST. MCT is 1hour so there is plenty of time even if your incoming flight from ATH is a bit late. Absolutely nothing to worry about.
