Comments: Location was great, but the hotel is so old and in dire need of a renovation. Rooftop pool was small. No suite upgrades even though at least 2 were available on the website the entire day. I asked at check in for a suite upgrade but was denied saying it’s full. The ocean view room was quite small. I feel like this should be a normal Marriott and not JW at all.
