Not sure if anyone has recently connected via Europe to Elal on two separate tickets. I'll be travelling via Vienna and connecting to an El Al flight without checked bagged. I've done this the other direction without having to leave the secure area of the airport. Not sure if things are different going the other way since I will not have completed the Elal security screen at check in. Am I ok to just use my digital boarding pass, stay airside and just go to the departure gate?
