It is possible your enquiry is still in a queue, or that someone has looked at it and decided it looks correct as it is. QR have a habit of not responding once they regard a case as closed.
I would suggest going on the live chat and asking for someone from QRPC. Presumably you have a case number for messages you have already sent. They may be able to update you on progress, or refer you to someone else. However, as previously suggested, if they are using the date flights credited rather than dates of travel, you may not get anywhere.
