Even on the app, it often works poorly. This morning, I went to look at my trips on the app and it included old trips as new. I saw trips that I did not recognize and thought that I had been hacked and went to my credit card site. Come to find out, they were my trips from last year.
Ah, I forgot a cardinal rule of online travel tools: if it doesn't work on the website, try the app!
