Diabetic vs GF Meal on Coach
I tried posting this once; it never showed up, so I apologize if it appears twice. I haven't flown a meal flight in a very long time, just shorter trips for the last 15 years. Going to London in a few weeks; starting in LIT and then outbound to Heathrow from CLT, returning flight to MIA before going home to LIT. Don't have the luxury of upgrading to Business or First Class, so Coach it is. Due to autoimmune issues, I avoid gluten and try to eat low carb. Trying to decide whether to choose GF or Diabetic meals for outgoing dinner meal and returning flight lunch meal. Any opinions on either? I'd bring my own but by the time I get to CLT I'll have been away from home for 12 hours and it will probably be difficult to bring anything aboard anyway. Thanks.
