They need to change the wording into "[...] stays after April 1, 2024" to make it less ambiguous, if that's what they mean. May disappoint a lot of diamonds who show up after April 1st otherwise.

Also curious what happens to those on the threshold (a stay that starts before April 1st but ends after).
