I realized that standard seat selection is not for free anymore prior to check-in with Classic Economy Fare. Are you still able to select desired seats at check-in? I have this same question. I have never flown Qatar but have a flight from IAD-Doha next week. Seat selection is currently around $30-$60. Can seats be selected at check in or will I just be assigned seats? I am tempted to select a middle seat in the back that currently has an empty row hoping I get lucky and the row stays empty. Is this likely? Thanks for any info offered!
