Getting back to this item - unfortunately, no luck so far. Also no feedback to my DM, I might add.

I called the M&M hotline on Monday to inquire. "Yes, we have your case right here, it is being worked on, the back office team will get back to you on Wednesday." Wednesday - nothing.
I called the M&M hotline again today. Nice guy, put me on hold for around 15-20 minutes to clarify with the ominous back office. "It is a real mess, there are several cases regarding your problem that were closed and reopened and then closed again. [Apologetic etc.] Now we have reopened it but unfortunately another 3-4 weeks until this can be resolved."

This is getting absurd. I already spent a good 7-8 hours on the phone and the web, trying to solve the case. Senator status runs out in 14 days - my new FTL credit card has already arrived - so now I have to add this one to two dozens of websites and payment services, and (hopefully) again in 4 weeks when I get the replacement with SEN status? I am beginning to wonder if this is worth it.

The sad thing is, it would take an experienced person in that "back office" probably two minutes to figure this out and close the case for good.

Why, oh why did I fall for this CO2 compensation promotion?

Is it going to help if I politely write to Mr. Spohr? Half-joking here.
