As a VS Silver, your "benefits" on AF and KL are pretty meagre. And if you're on a Transavia flight from Ibiza - it seems that KLM only flies to IBZ on Saturdays and a couple of Sundays in "mid Spring" (looking at the month of April anyway) but with 1 or more additional Transavia options available on each day, so it seems more than likely that you will be on a Transavia flight between IBZ and AMS in both directions - you would be checking in in IBZ on the way back at a Transavia counter, rather than a KLM counter, where there is no priority and no recognition of Skyteam (or even Flying Blue) status - so it's not as if they are missing out.
