I figured it might be a call them and see situation, it's just that last time I booked a BAH over the phone, it took over an hour (not including waiting to be answered) - ok there was a UUA element, but even so, it's a painfully slow process versus online where I can usually be done in a few minutes.

And of course I can't even price it up in advance to see if it's definitely the best option. Just a bit irritating...
