Many reports of in flight service going downhill but happy to report my family of 4 just got off a JFK - Doha flight in a family qsuite on a 777. From the moment we boarded to deplaning the service was nothing but exceptional. Fast, friendly, eager. The crew seemed to read our minds regarding food service, bed prep, coffee at wake up. Never had to ask twice. In fact, hardly had to ask as they seemed to figure us out pretty quickly. Not a single misstep the entire flight.

Spent time in both the Al Mourjan Business and Garden Lounge and as usual service was world class with every single person we interacted with or even walked by.
