All Hibiya/Shiodome/Ginza area locations used to be served by Limousine Bus from HND pre-pandemic. Currently none of the above locations are served by Limousine Bus from HND.
According to the website the Ebisu area is also suspended. Are these suspensions indefinite? Trying to get to the Sheraton Miyako via a different way than the train/subway as a plan B.
