If you are travelling on Monday 19th, there are still some seats left across Business so I would not be overly worried at this stage.

As a minimum you should be able to sit across the aisle from each other in 4B & D, and if 4E becomes free (at the moment it's blocked - could be for various reasons) then you could be in 4D and 4E which are next to each other. The diagram on Aerolopa gives a better explanation of the layout than the above.

Unfortunately 1K is reserved, hence why you cannot be moved there. Staff on the phone cannot move other people around; that can only be done by check-in / gate staff at the airport.
