I cannot get an updated version on Manage my Booking - it just shows the old flights. CS sees the new flight. They sent my the new flights (schedule) by email twice but they never arrived in my inbox. They are not in spam, nor trash.
What is going on? Telephone to CS at least reaffirmed my flights and seats. Manage my Booking is useless as it gives my old flight.

Comments or suggestions? Yes, I know the flight is months away, but ...
check the email listed in the booking confirmation on TP website , if field is empty you know where problem is

If not empty , request the system to send electronic ticket and/or confirmation by email

if still not received , then return to TP website , update contacts information again regardless what is there , save it and click send again

it can happen if you book from 3rd party and it did not transfer all data

If you receive ads from TP but no data about your booking , then the issue is from their GDS
