This thread is 11 years old. It's hilarious that the very first posts are nearly identical to the ones today, including the roasting of Alfred Gratien.

I'm sure Carsten is crying all the way to the bank whilst reading all the HON/F feedback. That black plastic card is Einstein-level-genius bait.
SWISS is just fine in F & their Champagne is great.

Personally i cannot wait to hear of said response from HON feedback, my recent one was cut & paste drivel, regarding a refund that has not been received……
