Yes, I think so. After a quick check, I see that satellite view in Google Maps is not currently updated to reflect the new construction there. So this is approximate, but it's somewhere around here, at the pin on the map, just to the north of what Google Maps says is baggage claim B-1. There is a corridor on the ground floor in this area leading east-southeast toward baggage claim, and a door to baggage claim opens on your right. Immediately at that point to your left is a door outside to the private roadway. I will include my primary school map drawing attempt below
