if it is not explicitly mentioned, it means no usually. IMO, no FB earning at all in this scenario. From FB site :
"Gagnez des Miles et des XP sur les vols commercialisés par Qantas (QF) et effectués par Qantas (y compris les vols effectués par QantasLink), Air France et KLM, selon le barème d'accumulation figurant ci-dessous."
