I haven't received an e-mail, but this clearly isn't targeted - it's fully visible through the usual menu structure, and shows up in Google searches. Valid for Y only, adult tickets. They do seem to have increased the price difference between Light and Flex to 40 Euros, perhaps to make it less of an incentive to use an upgrade voucher on the very cheapest fares.
