I thought I could resolve missing PQPs from seat upgrades on recent RT SFO-HNL flights so I started a chat. The chat ended up lasting about 20+ minutes and the agent confirmed she could see the paid upgrades and that the PQPs didn't post but then told me 7 days was too early to ask about it and I should wait 10 days, which of course have come and gone and PQPs still haven't posted.
