Has anybody had trouble booking La Premiere awards over the phone? I was attempting to book two segments (HND CDG, and CDG SFO, with a stopover), and although I found availability online for each segment, 3 out of 3 Platinum agents were able to see the availability and claimed there was only business availability. I wonder if this is just a temporary glitch... perhaps I should try to call back tomorrow? Thanks!
Edit: I called back the next day (in France) and they were able to see availability fine. I booked it with them on the phone. Weird that phone availability is sporadically different from website availability!
