Given BAEC based Emerald and (presumably) flying oneworld then "by the Rules" you should have Qantas First lounge access until they close as indicated by
teemuflyer.
However, don't discount the possibility the Qantas First lounge Agents fail to understand the rules correctly and deny access.
You may have a brief window to visit the oneworld TBIT lounge as it is open until the last BA/QF/CX flight boards or 11pm whichever is later.
