There is definitely something going on with their account security. I cannot login with either my account or my wife's account. Both are telling me they are incorrect or to call customer service.
UPDATE: I had to call in to get my account password reset-they told me someone made too many attempts on website with my account #. I just mis-entered my wife's account information as I was able to get in when I retried.
I too wish they had 2FA on these accounts.
