Well, I can assure you I got the full $395 refund. It's either Cap1 changed the rule again or that rep didn't know about the updated rule. You might as well just HUACA.
I have called many times. every time they tell me it's in the T&C that theres no refund even if you downgrade. Really a bummer because i have no use for this card anymore. And the venture one is showing up as a downgrade option. Any tips
