The LOT lounge finder has the same information.
I am confused about the situation in CDG anyway. I thought the Star lounge was still after passport control, so both are, and therefore the status quo doesn't change in terms of needing to cross the border. It's just a matter of gaining access to the right gates. Is the new non-Schengen *A lounge in a satellite akin to the LH setup, where access is forbidden?

In fact, it now manages two lounges at Charles de Gaulle Terminal 1: the existing Schengen lounge remains in the main building before the exit immigration control, whilst the new lounge now caters to passengers flying internationally to non-Schengen destinations from the satellite node.
Is that true? I thought both are after the border? It would make sense to close the Schengen lounge that is in fact in the non-Schengen area..
