JJeffrey! Not sure if this has been addressed, but playing around with Google Flights, I see another variant of my itinerary, but now with a next-day 6 AM (exact) flight out of LAX. Will I have QF F access?
Well the rule says your flight must be "before 6am" so it would really come down to a technicality and the agent as to whether they would let you in the day before with an onward flight at exactly 6am.
If you really want to access the QF F lounge then I would book the 5am departure to be safe. Plus if you're actually spending the night in the airside area at LAX I would want to be on the earliest flight out possible.
