Hey! How did it go? I have the same issue and can't log in due to new phone number. I was told to attach a copy of my passport and one other government documentation to have them change my phone number, and then she said the e-mail didn't go through.
I ended up getting a phone call from their Data Protection Officer at 23:40 last night (GMT) whilst in bed. I was advised to send my query and a copy of my passport to the following email address:
[email protected]
10 minutes later, phone number changed on my account and I was able to log in again.
