I spoke to their Executive Chef regarding the breakfast situation. To manage the crowd, they sometimes open up the nearby ball room as additional space. The queue to enter does move quickly.

However, I am more concerned about the quality of the breakfast offering. Even though the cafe offers a diverse and large spread, quality wise it is not Grand Hyatt or Hyatt Regency level. They offer perhaps what I'd expect for breakfast at a Hyatt Place in Asia.

For example, no egg Benedict/egg Royal, no smoked salmon, no almond croissant or bread pudding, no local delicacies like beef noodles and XLB etc.
