I'd say it's a 50/50 shot whether I my paid upgrades post PQP. If it doesn't happen right after the flight, it will never post. I've had to call in many times to request PQP.
anyone else dealing with this? It seems like a fairly simple IT fix? I feel like united is getting away with murder because it can't just be me.
