UA is charging 13k round trip to PEK/PVG in J, UA must know something we don't know, because UA rather wants to fill 40 seats at 13k each vs filling all 60 seats at 8k. At these prices, I'm sure UA would be happy to launch ORD-PVG if new slots are granted.
