I just canceled a flight booked with TB funds only about 21 hours after purchase and the refund was issued as FFC and did not go back to TB. Not sure this is a new policy or an anomaly. Everything I have read (including in the wiki) says that cancellations under the 24 hour mark will go back to original form of payment including TB payments.
