extremely unlikely (I don't think it has ever happened, especially LHR is one of the most premium heavy route ) but there's no guaranteed as long as these 2 planes are around.

As suggested in the Wiki, the SQ cabin primarily appears on TCONs, short hops between yyz/yul, YYZ/YUL-BOG and occasionally some transatlantic flights to ruin people's day, e.g. YUL-FCO-YYZ pairing out of the blue 2 days ago.
