The building is hardly recognizable from the St Regis days. The lobby arrival has a "fantasy island" style waterfall, and its very open now. The issue isn't the hard product which is great -- its the service and / or lack of. I could never get people to call me back, and my reservations for dinner kept on getting cancelled on the day of on property. But the location is amazing, but the wow in service isn't.
