Hi, I had a question around picking up my grandma (85) who is coming from India into LHR T3 with Virgin in Premium Economy. She doesn't speak much English and will have a basic mobile with her. I've requested wheelchair access, but am not sure about Where will she be taken on the wheelchair? Will they take her to the car park if I meet them? Is there a specific meet up point?
