I just googled the hotel and here is what came up.

It was the Radisson Blu in Punta Cana. We don't know who owns it now and Choice doesn't seem to know either even though apparently they sold it in November 🤷🏻‍♀️

When Choice took over Radisson, we called again and they even gave us a Choice confirmation code.

If Choice was honoring our reservation and made sure that we have an all inclusive to stay in during our stay, we would be fine. But, they just tell us that they have no reservation (even though we have recorded phone conversations with Choice employees confirming our reservation). Of course, at this point we are ready to file a lawsuit, because what else can we do?

We called the hotel but can't reach anyone.
