Does one need a Japan based Omakase account for Ishikawa? The "Make a Reservation" button is clickable, but I see no dates available. I have seen this on other sushiya's like Shimizu and Sawada.

Do you know if Miyuki, Sushi Ao, and Shunju are possible for a foreign based Omakase account? I have never seen any availability. Thanks.

Sugita - no chance at main counter as it's regulars only. you can only book the private room on omakase but at the moment I believe it's not operating.
Sawada - maybe possible for 1 person if you get lucky with a cancellation, definitely not 2+ people.
Namba - regulars only. he's currently taking bookings for may and beyond.
Amamoto - no chance
Yoshitake - very possible, reservations open on the 15th, you will need a Japan based omakase account.
Hashimoto - probably the most likely on this list, be quick when seats open.
Harutaka - very slim especially with all the new press since he got 3*
L’Effervesence - very easy to book but usually requires minimum party of 3.
Ishikawa - has a decent amount of cancellations if you stay vigilant on omakase.
Aca - lottery but don't get your hopes up.
L’Osier - should be bookable with a bit of luck.
