Iberostar and IHG are a complete disaster.

Stayed at Iberostar in Cancun about 10 days ago, had my IHG number on my reservation.

Points don't post, IHG says you have to talk to Iberostar, Iberostar says you have to talk to IHG.

Endless circle of disaster, anyone got any tips? It's almost 25,000 points so I would like to get them added if possible.
