I dove a little deeper into my two stays from this last weekend. One was prepaid, one was not.

Booked the first hotel on 2/5 for a 2/9 stay.
Not prepaid.
MQDs have not yet posted.

Booked the second hotel on 2/1 for a 2/10 stay.
Prepaid.
Delta $200 credit posted the same day I booked and paid.
MQDs posted on 2/12.
