straight forward case, could not travel, sickness, doctor's note.

No decision after almost four weeks. Got two asks for further documentation, one totally pointless ('Can you please confirm your sickness') despite signed and stamped medical note. Response time after I answered the first request seven working days, now after the second one 10 days and counting.

Submitted on the 13th of Jan and decision was due 20th Jan. I was before Covid always a proud advocate of the AXA Insurance as they were super fast, but since when became they so slow?
