At least now we agree that the lounge agent (dragon? It's their year after all!) was incorrect. And, as I said in my first post after the red herring, lounge dragons can, and do, get things wrong.

What's "similar"? What's "basic"? That means that DL isn't just looking at tickets booked with them; they are also looking at tickets booked with other partners. IF that's so, then AF/KLM tickets will be affected, too.
My explanation is that they're not stupid; they'll be looking for any indication of the fact that you purchased a "light" ticket. Remember, we are at the mercy of their interpretation and their rules. If they say no, then one won't get in. Hopefully they will either walk back on this rule, or not enforce it. But I don't have much confidence the second option, honestly.
